Rachel Parish

Rachel is an established performer, choreographer and dance educator with more than 15 years of experience under her belt. She has extensive training in the areas of R.A.D Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Lyrical and Hip Hop. As a competitive dancer, Rachel has had the opportunity to compete and perform across Canada and the United States winning numerous awards and scholarships for her outstanding performances. Having completed the teacher training program under the direction of Bryan and Faye Foley, she is a full member of the Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (A.D.A.P.T.). Rachel is a sought after dance teacher and choreographer working for companies all over the GTA.

Her choreography has brought home countless competitive overall awards and scholarships including pageant title winners and placements as well as had the honour to be chosen to represent Canada at the World Ballet and Jazz Championships held in New York City. Rachel has had the pleasure of watching her students graduate to go on to professional careers of their own. Her students can be seen performing in television, Stratford and Mirvish Musical Productions and on court dancing for professional sports teams. Rachel is also on staff with the Durham District Catholic School Board teaching the Performing Arts Dance Program to student’s grade 9 through 12. Rachel continues to update and train by attending professional dance conventions and classes around the world.
